When you cultivate a connection with the natural world, it deepens your appreciation for it and reminds you that you are part of it. Overview
Yoga Hikes
Yoga Hikes are a wonderful way to bring mindfulness to outdoor recreation. We combine yoga, hiking and Nature Meditation, where you’ll practice techniques of grounding, focus, and tuning into sensations around you and within you.
What to Expect
Each guided hike will be woven with Asana (yoga poses) that improve your circulation, range of motion, and endurance. Pranayama, or breathing practices, condition your lungs, and shift your mindset to being present. Upon registration, participants with be given specifics of what to bring and the details of the hike (distance, terrain, weather, etc).
