About Mountain AIr Yoga
Our Vision
Picture yourself on top of a Mountain. The vast landscape stretched out in every direction. The fresh air moving through the trees and filling your lungs. A sense of awe and wonder in your own existence and everything around you. This was the inspiration behind Mountain Air Yoga. The profound experiences we have in Nature are not unlike our experiences in Yoga. That’s because we are not unlike Nature, we ARE nature.
True Nature Philosophy
In our modern world, there is an underlying attitude that Nature is something separate from us; outside of our walls, outside of ourselves. We have lost touch with Nature, and I don’t mean just the trees and the earth. We have lost touch with our Human Nature- that innate part of ourselves that connects us to each other and everything around us. We believe that connecting to our true inner nature and connecting to the natural world are two sides of the same coin.
